Organization
The objectives of this school are to pursue and enhance the study and research of information and information processing for the benefit of mankind.
The School, established in April 1994, has three departments:
1. Mathematical and Computing Sciences
The core of research is information processing and the study of relationships between fundamental and scientific fields of study and computers.
2. Computer Science and Engineering
The mechanics of information processing with aspects of computer engineering is the focus of study.
3. Mechanical and Environmental Informatics
We study relationships among human beings, information science, and engineering systems.
